Which countries can I sell to?

United Arab Emirates and United States today. More countries are coming; tell us which ones you need.

Does it change my prices in India?

No. International prices apply only to buyers in the countries you pick, through Shopify Markets. Your Indian prices and domestic shipping stay as they are.

Which Shopify plan do I need?

Any plan, including Basic. The app uses Shopify Markets catalogs, weight-based shipping rates and an automatic discount, which every plan has.

Some products say they can't be priced. Why?

Shipping is priced by weight, so a product needs a weight. Add the missing weights on the Product weights page in the app and they are priced on the next publish.

What does a buyer pay at checkout?

The product price already carries most of the shipping. A light order pays a small shipping charge for the rest, and heavier orders ship free. With several items, the combined shipping saving discount takes off what the items carry beyond the real cost.

What currency are buyers charged in?

Your store's currency. A store in rupees charges international buyers in rupees, and their bank converts it.

What happens when I get an international order?

The OZU team contacts you to book the courier pickup from your PIN code and delivers the parcel to your buyer. You pay OZU for the shipment, which the prices you published already cover.

How do I undo everything?

Open International prices and choose Remove from my store. That deletes the markets, prices, shipping rates and discount the app created. Do this before you uninstall, because after uninstalling we can no longer change your store.

What does the app cost?

It is free during the beta.
